I ordered a jacket and a pair of boots, and both turned out solid. The fit was right, and the material feels nicer than I figured it would for the price. I was expecting something more like... well, cheaper-feeling, I guess. Overall, I’m happy with it.

I ordered a jacket from bobwards.com and it showed up sooner than I thought it would

The tracking was a little slow to update at first, so I wasn’t totally sure when it was actually going to arrive, but once it finally shipped, it only took a few days

Overall I’m happy with the shipping speed, it wasn’t perfect, but it was good enough that I’d order from them again

I stopped in looking for work boots and felt really taken care of. The guy helping me was super patient with the sizing, which I appreciated a lot because finding the right fit can be frustrating. The store was easy to get around, checkout was quick, and I left feeling relieved that I found exactly what I needed without any hassle.

I had a little issue with my order and emailed Bob Ward's expecting to wait forever. To my surprise, they got back to me the same day and handled it without turning it into some giant ordeal. The person who replied was friendly and actually sounded like a real human, not a copy-paste robot. It was way easier than I expected, and I’d definitely order from them again.

"Mostly right, but not the color I ordered"
The order was mostly fine, but they sent the wrong color, which is a bit annoying. I can still use it, so I’m not going to make a huge fuss, but it would’ve been nice to get what I actually picked.

my order ended up arriving later than expected. the tracking hardly updated, so i was just left guessing where it was most of the time.

"Easy exchange, no real hassle"
I ordered a jacket from bobwards.com and of course ended up picking the wrong size. I was kind of expecting the exchange process to be annoying, but it wasnt bad at all.
I sent the jacket back and got the new size sorted out easily. They gave me enough updates so I wasnt just wondering what was going on, and the replacement showed up quicker than I thought it would.
Overall I’m happy with how it went. I’d order from them again, esp knowing that if something doesnt fit, exchanging it isnt a huge headache

"A little hit-or-miss with sizing"
I was browsing bobwards.com and actually found a few things I liked, which was nice, but then some of the sizes I needed were out of stock, so that was kind of a letdown. The checkout part itself was easy enough, no real issues there, but I do wish the stock info felt a little more up to date because it’s annoying to get interested in something and then realize it’s not available. Overall it wasn’t a bad experience, just slightly frustrating in that way.
